The origin of "adult" stem cell (near naked nuclei):  Non mitotic , by enucleation from the erythroblast.  On HE note the chromatin compaction and the degenerating erythroid plastid (acidophilic body)

Comparative study between male gametopoyesis  and hematopoyesis  with the Berg´s  method. Note in the testis the acid-fastness of gamete precursors and of spermatozoa. Segmentation of diploid nuclei. The germ line origin of acid-fast DNA-vectors .

Embryo 22 mms. 7 weeks. Neural blastema. Primary erythroblasts enucleating within the field. Note the nuclear compaction and acid-fastness of these nuclei. Variably hemoglobinized erythroid carcases, acidophilic bodies.  
            
 
AF.NANUS. The grafting of NANUS , virgin nuclei, probably contributes to the exponential  growth of embryo-fetal tissues by Karyoanabiosis. 
          
 
Foetus 22 weeks. Immature erythroblasts enucleating in peripheric somatic 
tissues. Note variably hemoglobinized reticulocytes, acidophilic bodies
